Providing Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that order details provided are correct, this includes contact details and the recipient details, hamper choices and gift card messages.

Stock​

We make every effort to have stock available for all items in our hampers, however in some circumstances a certain product may not be available and an alternative of equal or greater value will be provided without notifying the customer. We do our very best to ensure that descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we can't guarantee that descriptions are accurate or free from errors. We reserve the right to make any corrections without notice.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, to limit the sales of our products to any person and limit the quantities of any products.  All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.

Purchase and Sale of Liquor

​Gift Hampers (including alcohol) may only be purchased & delivered to persons over the age of 18 years.

Hamper Road is not required to obtain a liquor licence and is under the Liquor Licence Exemption. 

A liquor licence is not required to sell alcohol that is included in the sale of flowers or food designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person, such as a gift basket or bouquet of flowers.

• the alcohol included in the gift must be purchased from a retail liquor outlet

• two litres is the maximum volume of alcohol permitted in each gift

• the gift must be packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift

• the gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser

• the gift cannot be delivered to a person at the location where the gift was purchased

• gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am to 7pm.

By purchasing any gifts that contain liquor from Hamper Road you are agreeing that both yourself and the recipient of the gift are over the age of 18 years of age. Please note it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years of age.

Cancellation of an Order

Hamper Road has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
